Gilliam Construction is a small and upcoming organization with over twenty years of experience in general contracting, residential and commercial roofing services contract management, site development, and demolition, just to name a few. We are experienced in residential and commercial construction. We travel throughout the state of Florida and we specialize in the following area’s:
AIA contracts, Federally funded contracts, and State and Local government contracts as well.
We are an OSHA trained and certified company.
We follow all JACHO rules and regulations as it pertains to the construction industry.
Owners educational background: Bachelors Degree in business, Bachelors degree in Accounting over twenty years hands on project manager, for office and medical centers in west Florida.
